About OPMI

The Office of Performance Management and Innovation is a shared service office for the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) and the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA). OPMI focuses on Performance Management, Strategic Research, and Data Strategy, and is responsible for the MBTA Open Data Portal and Tracker, MassDOT's annual performance report.
